The new TAdviser ranking brought together the 100 largest IT companies operating in Russia, as well as 50 applicants who may be included in this list in the near future. The total revenue of TAdviser100 participants reached 2.425 trillion rubles, which is 42.9% higher than last year’s ranking. The entry threshold in 2021 significantly updated the previous record, reaching 2.877 billion rubles.

The leader of the new ranking TAdviser100 was again the Rostec Electronic Cluster. This time, its revenue does not take into account the performance of the Schwabe company, which left this state corporation circuit. The Lanit company rose to second place. The third place is at the company OCS Distribution, which broke away from the NKK. «Marvel-Distribution» rose to 4th line, Softline closed the top five.

In the last ranking, the five largest IT companies accounted for half of the total revenue of all TAdviser100 participants. In the ranking of 2021, the share of the top 5 decreased to 39%.

The largest growth among the ranking participants was shown by SberCloud, the cloud platform of the Sberbank Group. Over the past year, its revenue has increased from 228 million to 3320 million rubles. (+ 1356%). The infographic below shows a list of the 10 fastest growing ranking companies TAdviser100.

The most employees work in the IT company Lanit — 14100. Also in the leaders in this indicator are SKB Kontur (8437), Sberbank-Service (6972) and IKS Holding (6618).

На вторую строчку поднялась компания «Ланит». Третье место — у компании OCS Distribution, отколовшейся от НКК. «Марвел-Дистрибуция» поднялась на 4-ю строчку, Softline замкнул первую пятерку.

В прошлом ранкинге на пять крупнейших ИТ-компаний приходилась половина суммарной выручки всех участников TAdviser100. В ранкинге 2021 г. доля топ-5 снизилась до 39%.

Наибольший рост среди участников ранкинга показала компания SberCloud — облачная платформа Группы Сбербанк. За последний год её выручка увеличилась с 228 млн до 3320 млн руб. (+1356%).

Крупнейшей ИТ-компанией России по выручке за 2020 г. признан Ростех — 223 млрд руб. Больше всего сотрудников работает в ИТ-компании Ланит — 14100. Также в лидерах по этому показателю — компании СКБ Контур (8437), Сбербанк-Сервис (6972) и ИКС Холдинг (6618).

«В этом году нам удалось существенно расширить рамки TAdviser100 – спасибо за это Федеральной налоговой службе. Значительно раньше, чем прежде, в публичном доступе появились цифры по доходам юридических лиц, что позволило включить в ранкинг компании, до сих пор не желающие показывать себя в подобных аналитических сравнениях. Лидером рейтинга в очередной раз стал радиоэлектронный кластер «Ростеха». Его выручка увеличилась на 32% и достигла 295 миллиардов рублей. Вторую и третью строчки рейтинга заняли IT-дистрибьюторы — OCS Distribution и «Марвел-Дистрибуция». На четвёртое место поднялась компания Softline. Пятое место – у российского представительства компании Huawei.

Крупнейшая ИТ-компания страны стала полностью российской

OCS Distribution, которая занимает первое место в рейтинге «CNews100: Крупнейшие ИТ-компании России 2021», стала полностью российской. С 2015 г. компания принадлежала кипрской структуре. OCS до 2021 г. входила в некогда крупнейший ИТ-холдинг «Национальную компьютерную корпорацию».

Как выяснил CNews,
крупнейший на отечественном рынке дистрибутор OCS Distribution (юрлицо «О-си-эс-центр»)
перешел из юрисдикции Кипра под российскую юрисдикцию.

Так, 100% ООО «О-си-эс-центр» принадлежит ООО «Группе
компаний о-си-эс». Последняя с апреля 2015 г. принадлежала
кипрской структуре Digimax Limited. С 22 сентября 2022 г. она стала
принадлежать Андрею Голышкину (32%),
Дмитрию Клешнину (32%), Антону Цыценко (32%) и Дмитрию Комягину (4%).

«Все
собственники, которые сейчас приобрели компанию OCS и ранее были ее конечными владельцами через цепочку юрлиц с
участием иностранной компании», — рассказали CNews представители компании.

Изменение структуры никак не повлияет на работу компании, отметили в OCS.

Крупнейший
дистрибутор

OCS Distribution занимает первое место в рейтинге «CNews100:
Крупнейшие ИТ-компании России 2021».

ООО «О-си-эс-центр» зарегистрирована 17 июля 2003 г. в
Москве. Гендиректором компании заявлен Александр Черненко. Выручка компании по
итогам 2021 г. составила 217,3 млрд руб. , а чистая прибыль — 4,9 млрд руб., следует
из «Контур.фокуса».

Выход OCS из НКК

В апреле 2021 г. Tadviser выяснил, что OCS вышел из состава «Национальной
компьютерной корпорации» (НКК), некогда одной из крупнейших ИТ-компаний России.
По словам представителей компании, процесс этот начался в 2020 г. В компании тогда
заверили издание, что НКК никогда не была собственником OCS. Дистрибутор же
просто работал под брендом холдинга. В НКК также входили «Аквариус» и «Систематика».

OCS избавилась от иностранных корней

В результате реструктуризации из OCS вышли Леонид Гольденберг и Евгений Лачков, которые суммарно
владели 64% НКК (ООО «НКК») и третий совладелец НКК – Александр Калинин. Долю в компании также имел и сын Калинина — Алексей. В сентябре 2019 г. пресс-служба OCS распространила сообщение о том,
что Алексей Калинин принял решение продать своим партнерам доли в компании и
покинуть пост «при полном согласии и взаимоуважении сторон». Однако CNews
выяснил, что незадолго до того, как OCS объявил о добровольной отставке Алексея
Калинина, последний судился со своими работодателями, пресекая
«неуполномоченную» смену руководства.

По информации издания, реструктуризация происходила на фоне
разделения активов НКК: Александр Калинин хотел оставить за собой 100% компании
«Аквариус», выкупив доли у Леонида Гольденберга и Евгения Лачкова. За
последними осталась доля в «Систематике». Гольденберг и Лачков захотели продать свои доли совладельцу группы Astra Linux Денису Фролову. Тогда и начался громкий скандал при
разделении холдинга НКК. Его исходом и стала договоренность о продаже крупнейшего актива НКК группы «Аквариус» сервисному ИТ-интегратору «Смарт текнолоджис».

Российская
дистрибуция

OCS не первая компания, которая после февраля 2022 г.
перешла в российскую юрисдикцию. Первым в марте сменила владельцев «Марвел-дистрибуция».

«Это решение было принято некоторое время назад, так как у
компании большие планы в области импортозамещения, а чтобы их реализовывать
логично и необходимо быть российской компанией. — Рассказал CNews Алексей
Мельников, гендиректор “Марвел-дистрибуции”. — Кроме того, этот шаг
минимизирует страновые риски в текущей ситуации».

В июле вслед за «Марвелом» полностью российскими стали «Мерлион» и «Ситилинк».
