Drink «Coca-Cola» was coined in Atlanta (Georgia, USA), May 8, 1886 pharmacist John Pemberton — a former US Army officer Confederation (there is a legend that he came up with a farmer who sold his recipe John Stith for $ 250, about What John Stith allegedly said in an interview). The name for the new drink invented accountant Pemberton — Frank Robinson, who also, having calligraphy, wrote the words «Coca-Cola» curly letters, is still the logo of the drink.

PRESENTATION OF RZHEV BAKERY

Hello, every body! Tthis is our group for the International Conference in Estonia.

For this project we co-operated with Rzhev Bakery,  which manufactures its production not only for our town but for some districts for neihbourhood area.

The company was founded in 1935. It was the time when the bakery produced rye bread, wheat bread and pull bread and also gingerbread and cracknels /sushkas/.

During the Second World War the Bakery was completely destroyed as well as most of the town. But as soon as Rzhev had been liberated from German fasists, they started reconstruction of the company and in August 1943 it began its manufacturing.

Nowadays   Rzhev Bakery is one of the most prosperous companies in Rzhev. It has partcipated in different exhibitions including Central Exhibition Centre in Moscow. Its production was rewarded with Diplomas of these exhibitions.

Tatyana Libenzon has been the General Manager of the company since 2005.

The company is extremely popular with Rzhev’s people. Its main field of activity is manufacturing and sales of different kinds of bread and confectionery items.

They bake their bread using old-establshed recipes on the basis of natural ferments. As for other production it is also manufactured due to traditional technology of the natural raw materials without chemicals and taste improvers.

There are more than 200 kinds of different types of production. Among them are:

  1. pasta of non-yeast dough
  2. rye bread
  3. gingerbread
  4. crackers
  5. biscuits
  6. cakes
  7. fancy cakes
  8. pastry
  9. sherbet
  10. cupcakes
  11. plum-cakes
  12. sponge-cakes
  13. candy dots

So next year you will get the opportunity to try as more as possible in Rzhev. Sweet teeth, get prepared!

Rzhev Bakery is working hard at its development. The company has recently introduced bungled software system of computer management and high priced packing unit.

The labour force of the company is more than 250 persons. The bakery supports its employees, allocates them loans of free interest, pays additional salary for length od service. Every employee can take 3 free items of bread daily.

We are ready to use every opportunity to get some more of International educational and cultural experience while participating in this Conference.

Rzhev Joint Stock Company of Building Constructions

Hello, everybody! This is our group for the International Conference in Hungary.

For this project we co-operated with Rzhev Joint Stock Company of Building Constructions.

The Company deals with:

  1. quarrying, processing and sale of non-ore materials
  2. production, sale and delivery of reinforced concrete and concrete

Products

  1. production, sale and delivery of concrete mortars
  2. production, sale and delivery of steel, framework items
  3. production, sale and delivery of expanded clay gravel and lump lime stone, dry construction mixtures
  4. transportation
  5. management of construction process and performing of construction

The company was founded in December 1970. Then it was the company manufactiring concrete products for construction of buildings and agricultural constructions.

Nowadays it is one of the prosperous companies in Rzhev. Due to 2010 rating the company is included into 100 best construction industry companies of the Russian Federation.

Mr Faer has been the General Manager of the company since 1989.

Now J.S.C. Of Building Constructions manufactures 15% of reinforced concrete products, 100% of expanded clay gravel, over 50% of dry construction mixtures of total Tver region production. The production of the company is also wanted in Moscow city and region and in Smolensk, Kaluga, Pskov and other regions of Russia. Now it is the only manufacturer of such ecologically pure /environmently friendly/ materials as expanded clay gravel in all our region.

The main manufactured product /over 60% of total output/ is assembled reinforced concrete and blocks used in construction from the foundations to the roof.

In 2001 the dry mixtures workshop started its production.

Nowadays it is necessary not only to produce the goods but also to deliver them in good time to the customers. That is why since 1993 they have been developing their own transportation and delivering system. Now it includes over 70 items of transport.

During the period from 1971 till 1990 th e company built 7 new workshops and sections. At the same time the company took care of its employees. They have built 560 apartments for them since the company has been founded.

The company has intensively devepoping. In 2011 they purchased and put in force the equipment for production of rings and pipes manufactured by Danish company and other modern equipment.

The number of employees in the company is 370 persons now. One third of them are young people aged under 35. The average age of the employees is 39,5 years old. There is no turnover of employees in the company. During more than 10 years non-smokers get a 10% increase in pay.

We are ready to use every opportunity to get some more of International educational and cultural experience while participating in this Conference.
